  • Refund amount: Refunds exclude discounts, taxes, and shipping charges.

  • Bundles or multiple items: If your order includes more than one item, only one bottle is eligible for a refund.
  • One-time limit: Only one refund per customer or household is allowed.
  • Exclusions: Free replacement bottles sent for damage or loss are not eligible for refunds.

When We Cannot Accept a Return or Refund

  1. After 60 Days : Refund requests made beyond 60 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
  2. More Than One Bottle : The guarantee covers only one bottle per customer/household.
    Additional bottles, bundles, or multiple-unit purchases are not refundable.
  3. Items Not Purchased on nubronicforte.com : Purchases made through other websites, offline stores, or third-party sellers are not eligible.
  4. Free Replacements for Damage or Loss Bottles that were sent as free replacements (for damage, leakage, or missing shipments) cannot be refunded.
  5. Multiple Refund Requests Only one refund per customer or household : is allowed. Any additional requests cannot be accepted.
  6. Returned After Use Beyond One Bottle : If a customer has used or opened more than one bottle, the promise does not apply.
  7. Orders Placed Under Bulk / Wholesale / Corporate Purchases
    : Bulk or wholesale orders are not eligible for the Feel Good Promise.
  8. Tampered or Mismatched Product Returns : Products that are not the same as originally shipped, tampered with, or missing authentication labels cannot be refunded.
