60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our refund policy is valid for 60 days from the purchase date for orders placed exclusively on www.nubronicforte.com. Refund requests made after 60 days are not eligible.

Policy Details

  • One product coverage: The guarantee covers one product (one bottle) per customer. Refund amounts exclude discounts, taxes, and shipping.

  • Recommendation: We suggest ordering a single bottle if you’re trying a product for the first time.

  • Bundles / multiple items: If you ordered multiple items or a bundle, only one bottle per order is eligible for refund.

  • Limit: One refund per customer or household.

  • Exclusion: Replacements sent free for damage/loss are not refundable.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable; customers are responsible for return postage.

How to return: Contact team@nubronicforte.com within 30 days. Our support team will provide a packing slip and return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–7 business days after approval. We cannot refund to prepaid debit cards. If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund may be forfeited. Payments made by cashier’s check or money order will be refunded by mailed check to the original billing name and address on file.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, email team@nubronicforte.com. We will send one replacement bottle free of charge; you do not need to return the original bottle. Exchanges are limited to one per customer/household. You must choose either an exchange or a refund — not both.

Subscriptions

Subscription terms appear at checkout. Manage or cancel your subscription via the Subscription Portal link in your order confirmation. We’ll email a reminder two days before each recurring charge. Shipments already processed are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Items & Cancellations

If an item arrives damaged, email team@nubronicforte.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items free of charge after verification. To cancel an order placed on www.nubronicforte.com, contact team@nubronicforte.com as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment begins.

Third-Party & International Orders

Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party retailers are not covered by this policy — contact that retailer for support. Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for returns or refunds through Nubronic Forte.
